BLACK VEGANS FIRST!
Dr. Natural, vegan since 1977 & black [born] since 10 / 20 / 61 is giving gifts to his black vegan community first before he gives away his multiple gifts away to the larger community.
Black vegans need to do a much better job at being mutually supportive of each other due to our common grounds and common goals.
We immediately need a resource bank, barter bank, intentional communities and a black vegan directory of all of our skills talents and resources so we can better support each other and become a much stronger community.
Many times, when you go to a black vegan event or any other event for that matter and the person sitting right next to you have the solution to one, many and / or all of your challenges in life and you will never know it simply because you never asked the most important question which is
“WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS, TALENTS & RESOURCES?”
On Saturday October 24 at 1 pm we will be having free rooftop yoga class
[if it rains or too cold class will be indoors]
in which yoga mats are provided.
After the yoga class about 3 pm we will begin part 2 of Dr. Natural’s birthday celebration which includes a vegan potluck with a discussion on how can we be mutually supportive of each other followed by music & dancing.
Dr. Natural is giving away valuable vegan health information, clothes, shoes, and sneakers for men, women and children various sizes, furniture, housewares, electronics, etc. FIRST COME GETS THE BEST STUFF. At some point we will be giving away these gifts to the larger community but for now
