The human anatomy dictates that humans are by nature frugivore and / or herbivore meaning that all humans are suppose to be consuming a vegan diet with the exception of mother's breast milk as newborns. There are no stoves in nature proving that humans are suppose to be eating only the fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices that does not require cooking. The best foods for human consumption are dark green leafy vegetables and low sugar fruits. There are also many Superfoods (nutrient dense) available in nature.
