We need to have a meeting with every vegan women, vegan men and vegan child who is interested in my property being used as a healing center. We need to create a group mission and vision statement so every one can stay focused on our agreed upon common grounds and common goals and to avoid any confusion in the future. We need to create a meetup group on meetup.com so we can reach like-minded individuals as soon as possible. We need to follow the 7 habits of highly effective people and become principle-centered and solution-oriented individuals. If any issues arises they need to be dealt with immediately with full transparency. No gossiping, rumors nor talking negatively behind anyone's back.
We need to have multiple managers in charge of different areas.
For example Jessica should be in charge of cleaning and de-cluttering.
Benewaa and Bolanile should be in charge of the raw vegan cuisine preparation.
Multiple woman should be in charge of the Black Women Empowerment program.
We need women in charge of our exercise program and programs on how to maintain a positive attitude no matter the circumstances.
My first concern is getting rid of my excess so that everything that is left in my home is being put to use on a regular basis.
I am expecting our all female staff to be vegan with no excuses.
It is my experience that MOST MEN, NOT ALL MEN [INCLUDING SO-CALLED VEGAN MEN] tend to be egotistical, competitive and / or combative which has no place in a healing center.
THE SPIRIT OF VEGANISM IS LOVE AND COMPASSION FOR EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING=UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
We can use vegan men to move and lift heavy items, to fix things, their skills, talents and resources, etc. but I do not see vegan men being in charge other than myself. This is why before the Europeans came here the Native Americans had the Elder Women Council in charge of their communities.
WOMEN ARE THE TRUE HEALERS!
We need specific deadline dates for every item you stated along with a written plan to accomplish each project.
Step number one we need to hire as many health conscious vegan women who are in shape, with positive mental attitudes and who exercises regularly in order to make this work.
NO HYPICRISIES, NO DOUBLE STANDARDS AND NO EXCUSES.
