Beetroots Juice or Smoothie
Ingredients
- medium sized Beetroot
- 3 pieces of Celery Stalks
- 1 medium Lemon juiced
- 20 grams of ginger
- 1 medium apple
- 1 cup of clean water
Directions
- Wash all your vegetables with clean water and one tablespoon of vinegar
- Cut them into small pieces ready to be blended
- Pour in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour in a glass and add ice

- Pomegranates Smoothie
- Ingredients
- 1 cup of seeded pomegranates
- 20 grams of ginger
- 1 medium Lemon (juiced)
Directions
- Pour the seeded pomegranates in a blender.
- Add your peeled and chopped ginger
- Add the juiced lemon and a cup of water
- Blend the mixture until very smooth
- Pour out in a glass and add some ice
And your smoothie is ready to drink.

- 1 peeled Banana
- ½ cup of dried Goji berries ( soaked for couple of hours)
- 10 grams of ginger
- 1 cup of Almond milk
Directions
- Pour your diced into the blender
- Add your softened goji berries
- Add your diced ginger and almond milk
- Blend until mixture is smooth
Pour in a glass and Serve with Ice.

- 1 or ½ cup of Almond milk

- Then add a tablespoon of maca powder to the mix
