About Me:
I am a certified Usui Reiki master and practicing shaman with a deep love of the healing arts. I have always felt a deep connection to spirit, sensing energies and honing my intuition since childhood. While studying Zen Buddhist Meditation in college, I realized my true passion for holistic healing. Using a combination of practical and spiritual techniques I passionately guide you to whole body wellness, to a place of self-empowerment and love. I began my shamanic studies with shaman Izhak Beery and followed with the late shaman Ipupiara, an extroadinary Makunaiman of the Ure-e-wau-wau Amazonian tribe. The path of healing led me to work closely with the Santo Daime community and with John of God and crystal energy work in Brazil; other international trips including Mexico and Central America, Europe, Israel, and Southeast Asia, I encountered sacred spiritual practices and healers in which I am blessed to share and teach. Integrating my experience also as a vegan chef, I use food as another medicinal tool in achieving whole body health. In addition to my studies of shamanic healing, I infuse my practice with the body awareness gained from years of yoga practice and acrobatics. I completed a certified yoga teacher training under Sri Dharma Mittra in 2010. I hold a degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
