About Me:

Picture Lindsay Fauntleroy is the founder and Director of Holistic Health Programs at Oceans & Rivers. She is a certified Flower Essence Therapist, holds a certificate in Healing Community Trauma, and Master of Arts from New York University. Lindsay's integrative mind-body approach is informed by her formal Graduate-level study of Chinese Medicine at Tri- State College of Acupuncture, where she is completing her clinical residency as a senior acupuncture intern. Lindsay also draws on her extensive background in education and professional coaching to help her clients relieve stress, achieve lasting wellness, and accomplish their goals. Lindsay was drawn to the healing arts after her own journey to fertility introduced her to the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. She has been published in the International Journal of Flower Essences and was a recipient of a prestigious grant from the American Association of University Women (AAUW). She has studied and practiced various forms of self cultivation- including meditation, yoga, and Qi Gong- for over a decade.
