My interests are gardening, writing poems and stories, making ornamentation like earrings and necklaces; dancing to the djembe and cuban rumba; walking barefoot on the earth, eating and preparing foods that are alive and electric.

I am a brooklyn native with guyanese and indigenous roots. After several unhealthy years at university I started along my spiritual path of returning to balance. I hope my perceptive and empathic nature helps me to guide others along the way. I am thankful to that which is most high for all that I am.

I would like to start a business bringing together holistic life coaching, free movement, and fitness. I also want to share my artistic abilities by creating and selling jewelry.
