About Me:

Dr. Sweta Chawla is an aspiring leader, writer, speaker, and self expression expert. Sweta had a good life as a wife, mother, and professor, yet something always felt like it was missing. She found herself consistently disconnected with only glimpses of true joy and decades full of neck/back pain as well as migraines. After decades of searching for sustained happiness, she realized that she was hiding her true self, living small and making herself a victim to her circumstances. She is now on the journey of co-creating the life she knew she was meant to live. She is healthy and happy and in a very short time she was able to find her voice and help several others find their own voice and get clear on what they really want in life and how to walk through the fear and take action on pursuing their OWN dreams. She has the experience, compassion and ability to connect with others on a deep level to understand what they need to start to live in integrity. As a Doctor of Pharmacy, Diabetes Educator and Professor, with over 12 years of experience creating wellness programs she is able to integrate her skills to bring this uplifting work into the lives of others who are not living their best life. She truly believes that when we don’t find our Own Voice, we may not even know it, but often our bodies are likely paying the price through disease.
