What is Earthing™?
We live on a planet that is alive with natural energies and subtly pulsating frequencies caused by "free electrons." Walking barefoot on the Earth, as humans have done throughout history, naturally discharges electrical stress from our bodies by facilitating the reception of these free electrons up into our system.
The free electrons on the surface of the Earth are easily transferred up, into, and throughout our body as long as there is direct contact with the ground. How Do Grounders Work?

Grounders allow you to connect to the Earth's magnetic field and abundance of free electrons while protecting your feet from the hazards of walking barefoot on surfaces containing debris, pesticides, and animal waste. They have conductive inserts, which allow you to receive the health benefits of grounding.

Because most of us spend so much time in shoes, Grounders are a powerful resource for accessing the rejuvenating effects of our natural connection to Mother Earth while on the go. They simply act as conductors of the Earth's natural energy into our body when we are unable to be barefoot.
The conductive rubber plug in the sole of the flip flop is designed to touch the Earth on the bottom of the flip flop and then run through the flip flop to press the K1 acupressure point on your foot, thereby creating an optimal grounding connection between you and the Earth.  The K1 point is the most effective spot to ground the body! This may feel a little uncomfortable at first until you adjust to the feeling of the conductive plug against your foot.
How Do I use Grounders?
Wear Grounders anytime you are outside! This allows your feet to connect to the earth and ground you as you walk around.
The sole of your foot has more nerve endings, inch for inch, than any other part of your body. It's also where the acupuncture K1 point is located, with connections running up through your entire body. The soles of your bare feet are a prime contact point to gather free electrons and natural energies from the Earth to send quickly through your body.
Your sole is also endowed with more sweat glands than any place else on your anatomy. You perspire there more than any other part of the body, with the exception of your head and hands. The sweat on your feet acts as a conductor to help move the electron flow from the grounding equipment up into your body.
What Surfaces Can I Walk On To Ground Myself?
1. Any direct connection with the Earth. For example, grass, sand, or dirt.
2. Concrete: It is a conductive substance made from water and minerals. It sits on the Earth and retains moisture so the free electrons will pass through it just as if you are sitting or standing on grass or open ground.
     **If the concrete is painted or sealed, there may not be conductivity**
What Surfaces Will Not Ground Me?
1. Asphalt: It is made from petrochemicals and is not conductive.
2. Wood.
3. Vinyl. 
4. Tar or Tarmac.
5. Plastic.
6. Potentially painted or sealed concrete.
How Often Should I Wear Grounders?
As often as possible! The more you connect with the Earth, the more you will benefit. The more compromised your health is, the more often and longer we recommend that you ground yourself. Important physiological improvements are measured to occur within 30 to 40 minutes, so the longer and more often you can ground yourself, the better is it for your health!
