Cash accepted for other ammenities.  Sat Aug 4th The 2018 annual BackYard BBQ Crew themed gathering happens on SATURDAY, AUGUST 4th and to celebrate our ancestral African pride and the joy from Marvel's cultural HIT super hero film, Black Panther, we've decided to make this year's theme: WAKANDA FOREVER!  All the things you love about BackYard BBQ Crew will be there on Saturday, August 4th - FOOD! MUSIC! FRIENDS! And don't forget to represent Wakanda or pay tribute to our African roots! This is the party to roll out your creative spirit! THIS IS A PRIVATE, MEMBERS ONLY gathering. See below for more information on membership. ALL MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS ARE FINAL NO CASH ACCEPTED FOR ENTRY *There will be other amenities for which cash is accepted. But remember all Membership installments for our gatherings must be completed online…we've made it all easier than last year. We will officially gather for TWO members meetings - the 1st in May (Memorial Day Weekend, Sun. May 27th) and the 2nd is our annual themed event happening this year on Saturday August 4th! NO CASH WILL BE TAKEN ONSITE for Membership Dues Internet access is available at the Backyards. Bring your credit or debit cards! All membership dues will be collected online ONLY, before and during both meetings. HOWEVER, there will be other amenities which DO ACCEPT CASH. There will be no cash taken on-site for membership dues. These dues allow entry into the BackYardBBQ Crew gatherings and more. You can pay your membership dues for the 2018 Gatherings ONLINE!  This will allow us to give you and the neighbors a safer community space.
