Fitness in the park

Are you looking for that motivation to get up and get moving.Come experience a fun way to workout. Today's class in schedule for 7.30pm at Lincoln Terrence park in Brooklyn. Exercise includes Kickboxing, aerobics, resistance training, cardio, weight training and abs. Please bring a yoga mat and any weight of your choice. Hope to see you.
