This group is for young professional women who enjoy running to lose weight, to clear the mind, or just to keep healthy. We run at night or in the early morning because work and other obligations prevent us from running during the day. Since Brooklyn can be sketchy at night, we've formed this group so we can meet new Brooklynites and so we can feel secure in numbers when its dark outside.
We welcome women of ages 21 and up. Just bring your sneakers and a great attitude. MP3 player - optional.
Runners should be able to run 2 to 4 miles.
