FOOD & JUICE PROGRAM

 

Breakfast: If you’re hungry before lunchtime you may have water, fruit, fruit juice and/or fruit smoothies. Stop all fruit at least 1 hour before lunch. It is best while on this program not to mix fruits and vegetables. It is okay to mix leafy greens with fruit. Avocados and sprouts can be mixed with any fruit or vegetable. 

 

Lunch: For lunch you can have fresh raw vegetable juices, raw vegetables alone or in salads, sprouts, potassium broth, and herbal teas. You may use vegan dressings for your salads and vegetables if you like, using olive oil, avocado, raw apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, onions, and any herbs and spices.

 

Afternoon snacks: Raw vegetables, raw vegetable salads, vegetable juices, sprouts, potassium broth, and herbal teas. 

 

Dinner:  Fruit juices, fruit, fruit smoothies, fruit salads and herbal teas. 

 

POTASSIUM BROTH RECIPE

 Fill a large pot with 25% sweet potato peelings, 25% carrot peelings and whole chopped beets, 25 % chopped whole onions and garlic, 25% whole chopped celery and dark greens. Add hot peppers to taste. Add enough distilled water to just cover vegetables and simmer on low temperature for 1-4 hours. Strain and drink only the broth, put the leftover vegetables in your compost. Make enough for two days, refrigerate leftover broth. Use only Organic vegetables! We do not want to consume any toxic, immune suppressive insecticides, pesticides or inorganic chemical fertilizers while we are on a detoxification program. My broth will flush you out and build you up. Start it now!

 

TWO WEEK INTESTINAL DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM

Day #1: Start with one or more capsule[s] of Intestinal Formula #1 during or just after dinner. This works best when mixed with food.

 

Day #2: This morning you could notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency could also be softer. If you do NOT notice any difference in your bowel behavior today, or the difference wasn’t dramatic, then tonight increase your dosage by 1 capsule. Then you can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. Your goal is to increase your dosage until you are having 2-3 bowel movements a day. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel so let’s be patient for a few days and increase by ONLY ONE capsule each day.

 

Day # 3-7: Again, your goal is to be having at least two bowel movements each day, if not three. Read “What the heck is a normal poop anyway” on this page. The average healthy person should achieve 2-3 bowel movements a day using this formula within this week. If you don’t, continue to take your Intestinal Formula #1 until you do. There is no race here to get to Intestinal Formula #2. Take your time and make sure your colon is working well, even if it takes a few weeks or a month.

 

Week #2: At the beginning of week two, or whenever your colon is working as described above, you may start using the Intestinal Formula #2. You will take this formula 5 times each day beginning in the morning. Start 1/2 hour after your morning nutritional drink, mix 1 heaping teaspoon of Intestinal Formula #2 powder with 8 ounces of  pure water  or juice. It mixes best if you put a little liquid in the bottom of a small jar, then add your heaping teaspoon of Intestinal Formula #2. Then add the rest of the liquid and shake vigorously. I drink it right out of my mixing jar, down the hatch. It takes only a minute, DONE. Do the same a  ½ hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, ½ hour before dinner and 1 hour before bed, so that you are consuming a total of 5 heaping teaspoons each day.

[Short cut-take two tablespoons with minimum two cups of water or juice (store bought apple cider is ideal for consuming the powder of intestinal formula #2) per day-1.) Before 12 noon and 2.) Before 9 pm. half hour or more away from solid meals]

 

During dinner or after dinner take your Intestinal Formula #1 as usual but increase the dosage you discovered the first week by 1 additional pill. If you feel a bit bound by Intestinal Formula #2 you can increase your dosage of the Intestinal Formula #1 even more.

 

HELPFUL HINTS: It is helpful to drink more liquid after each dose of Intestinal Formula #2, at least 8 more ounces. Drink plenty of pure water, herbal teas and fruit juices during this two week colon cleanse. A good amount is a minimum of 64 [half gallon] ounces to 128 ounces [gallon] of liquid each day. This makes the program more effective. Everyone should consume at least half their body weight in ounces per day of pure water and/or healthy beverages. For example, if you weight 150 pounds you should be consuming 75 ounces of pure water, and/or healthy fluids per day.

This impaction has been in the patient for many years. Fiberless foods sludge that is mostly animal food and refined flour enters your colon. Because of constipation and infrequent bowel movements, it is not completely eliminated. The remainder of it plasters onto the inside wall of your colon. That is why in this picture the fecal matter took on the shape of the inside of this patient’s bowel including the colon’s folds and herniated diverticula. This process can literally go on for decades just like an old steel water pipe that gathers corrosion over years and its inside diameter shrinks. Constipation is a progressively degenerating disease where eventually, you have total blockage of the colon or colon disease, often causing cancer and death. I have seen this type of fecal mucoid plaque casing come out of many of the chronically constipated patients in my clinic. This man is fine and healthy now, and his lower abdomen that was distended for years is now flat. I estimate that this was 10 to 15 years of backed up fecal sludge.

Mucoid Plaque is the complex glycoproteins secreted by intestinal glands called goblets cells, which forms a gel-like slimy mucus layer or layers covering various hollow organs organs, especially all the organs of the alimentary (digestive) canal.

An overproduction of this mucoid plaque due to primarily poor diet, stress, negative thoughts and emotions becomes the source of most diseases and one’s inability to release toxic emotions.
