Our next event is on June 1st at 10 am Grand Army Plaza entrance to Prospect Park for a free total body conditioning exercise class anyone desiring to ride a bike there who does not have a bike needs to call 718-783-3465 and be at 138 Saint James Place BKLYN, NY 11238 by 9:30 am.

SOLUTIONS & PLANS OF ACTION
Everyone should watch the documentary entitled Eating by Mike Anderson on youtube.com and take good notes and then share your notes with Dr. Natural afterwards.
1.) Google and read the article entitled 198 Methods of Nonviolent Action and see which of the 198 methods works for you and document for yourself.
2.) Google what is meant by being principle centered and solution oriented and see how you can become principle centered and solution oriented.
3.) Google what are the 7 habits of highly effective people and see how you can apply the 7 habits to your everyday life.
4.) Google the 5 Agreements and see how you can apply the 5 agreements to your daily life.
5.) Google the 7 principles of Kwanzaa and see how you can apply that to your daily life.
6.) If anyone is confused about what type of career path they should follow make a list of your top 20 passions and interests in life and see which passions and / or interests you are interested in starting a business. Business meaning what service and / or product you plan to provide to the community at large in exchange for money, barter, etc.
