WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
This COMPLIMENTARY 14 day challenge is based on my free eBook* and designed to KICKSTART womb wellness ACTION in your life whether you are dealing with current reproductive issues or as a preventive measure due to a family history of reproductive issues, or to be in the best health to conceive a child.
It’s about you taking first steps toward making changes and getting you closer to the life you desire and deserve! Creating a new health vision! Creating a new normal!
This is also a chance for you get to know me, and more importantly I get to know a little bit about you and your needs and desires. Don’t worry, no need to share specific personal information unless you’re open to that.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for :
- the woman who’s ready and open to alternative holistic ways to relieve physical, and emotional pain and finally gain peace, joy, and fun in her life
- the career women or entrepreneur who’s tired of annoying painful or long periods preventing her from producing her best

- 30-45 year old woman who’s not been able to conceive a baby and feels that her biological clock is ticking and time is running out
- the woman who needs recovery from or preparation for reproductive surgery.
- the woman on a mission to make a positive difference in the world but her womb health is holding her back.
- the pro-active woman who has seen a history of fibroids, cysts, hysterectomy, etc in her family and don’t want to have the same issues.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
From Feb 22 - Mar 6th, a challenge will be emailed to you and posted in a closed FB group. Each challenge comes with a graphic or video/periscope, and a MOTIVATING activity to complete for the day. Some challenges will be easy, some may be..well..a challenge (requiring you to find some courage), and others might just make you do something you said you’d never do, but it’ll make ya feel good!! There’s also a contest to win a Womb Care Box ($120 value)!
